How We’ll Train Together, Step by Step

1. Check-In
We’ll start with a quick check-in to see how you’re feeling and review your progress. This helps me adjust the session if needed so you get the most out of every workout.
2. Warm-Up
Next, we’ll do a dynamic warm-up to get your body ready and work on mobility. This sets the stage for safe, effective training.
3. Nutrition Coaching
We offer nutrition coaching that complements your training, helping you fuel your body for success in every session.
4. Your Custom Workout
The main part of the session is all about you. Whether we’re focusing on strength, conditioning, or specific skills, I’ll guide you through exercises that match your goals and challenge you at the right level.
5. Cool-Down
We’ll finish with cool-down stretches and a quick recap of the session. I’ll share tips or adjustments to keep you progressing between workouts.
